Trade Stands

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING TAKEN FOR REVESBY COUNTRY FAIR 2012.  PLEASE E-MAIL ME at  formrsblake@googlemail.com for the forms. I can send them by post or by e-mail.

A complete application must contain the Application itself with appropriate remittance, a Trade Stand Checklist, Revesby (or your own) Risk Assessment/Fire Risk Assessment and details/a copy of your Public Liability Insurance.

All the forms apply to all pitches and must be completed.  
All paperwork and a remittance must be submitted to consitute a complete application.
                                                                             Incomplete applications will be returned.
