Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the Fair, nor any agent, employee or representative accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, helpers, volunteers, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.Reservations
The organiser has the right to:1. cancel any class or event
2. Divide any class.
3. Transfer competitors between sections of a class.
4. Move any tradestand or display.
5. Alter the advertised times.
6. Refuse any entry to the grounds or competitions.
Car parking
Please follow the signs and the instructions given to you by the car park stewards. Vehicles are left at the owners risks. Please note that dogs must not be left in vehicles. You are welcome to bring your own picnic to the showground, but please use the designated picnic areas. BARBEQUES ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON SITE.Please use the litter bins provided or take your rubbish home. Any litter left poses a serious threat to the animals that graze the park.
