Visitor Questions

Do you have mobility scooters available to hire for the show?

Yes, please call Seacroft Mobility on 01754 762916 or visit seacroftmobility.com before the show.

Can I pay by card?

Many of our traders will have card machines available to use, however we strongly advise to bring some cash on the day due to intermittent signal. There will be cash available at the ticket desk, however there may be large queues for this service.

Can we walk into the park?

Car parking is free. There is no advantage in walking but we still welcome those who wish to.

Do you have on site camping/accommodation?

No there are no overnight facilities on the showground. However if you get in touch with us we may be able to give you details of local camping sites and accommodation.

Can I display a vintage motorcycle or car?

Yes subject to space. Please complete a contact form and send it to 'static displays' for further details and entry requirements.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the show?

Yes, we will have tickets available for sale on the day. However, we encourage visitors to book in advance online to skip the queues.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes, we will have plenty of toilets available for visitors to use.

Will there be cash machines?

Cash will be available to access on the day via the ticket sales booth. Some traders will not have card machines so we recommend you bring cash on the day.

When is the best time to arrive?

To avoid queues, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Our busiest queuing periods are between 10:30 and 14:00.

Do you offer a family ticket?

Yes, we have a discounted family ticket available for two adults and up to three children. Please visit the tickets page to purchase online.

What is the best thing to wear?

We'd recommend dressing appropriately for the weather on the day - as there is very little shelter on the site. Wear comfortable shoes that are suitable for walking.

Trader Questions

What is the pricing for trade stands?

As of 1st December 2023, you will be able to find all of the updated trade stand prices for the 2024 on our website - under the 'downloads and links' section.

How do I apply?

Simply fill in the correct application form on the 'Trade Stands' page once applications open on 1st December 2023. Please make sure you choose the correct form - either general, catering or cars/machinery.

What classes as a catering stand?

You are classed as a catering stand if you are serving food/drink that will be consumed on the premises. This includes coffee stalls, hot food vendors, bars etc.

I'd like to be in the same location as I was last year. Is this possible?

If you wish to be put in a specific area of the site, then please state this clearly under the 'additional requirements' box on your application form. These will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be guaranteed.

I'd like to have an advert in the programme. How do I do this?

In the application form, you can select what sort of advert you'd like. This will be added to your total payment amount at the end. If you have already applied but would like to add on an advert, please contact us at trade@revesbycountryfair.co.uk.

Can I use my card machine?

Yes, you can use a card machine. Due to the location of the fair, we can sometimes struggle with internet connectivity issues, however we are now installing WiFi onto the grounds to help with this. It is always worth advising your customers to bring cash too as a back up.

How many tickets do I need to buy?

As a trader, you will receive two free tickets with your booking. If you require additional tickets, you will need to purchase these additionally but at a reduced rate. This can be requested on the application form.

Do I need a car park pass?

All vehicles brought on-site by traders must have a vehicle pass. You will receive one with your booking, if you require more, please specify on the application form.

What advice should I give my customers that will be attending?

We'd always recommend that customers book their tickets online in order to skip the queues on the day of the show. We also suggest that all visitors bring cash with them.

When can I set up my stand?

We typically allow site access on the Friday and Saturday prior to the show. You'll be contacted nearer the time with your location number and the times in which the site will be open.

Clay Pigeon Events

What time does the clay pigeon shoot start?

The shooting opens at 9:30am.

Can anybody have a go at clay pigeon shooting?

Yes. On the have a go stand everything is provided for you, including guns, fibre wad cartridges and tuition from CPSA qualified instructors. There will also be a 10 bird down the line, and 25 bird sporting for the competitive clay pigeon shooter.

What does your clay pigeon shoot involve?

You can either try a 10 bird down the line, or 25 bird sporting. There's also a chance to have a go under the tuition of qualified instructors.
